This Privacy Policy explains how wakelead.ai ("wakelead", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website. wakelead.ai is a venture based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; the legal entity is currently being incorporated.

This policy covers data collected through this website. Personal data that we process on behalf of a brokerage — for example, leads within a brokerage's CRM — is governed by a separate written agreement with that brokerage, not by this policy. See "Data processed on behalf of partners" below.

Information you choose to send us — your name, email address, organisation and the content of any message when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or the request form on this site.
Basic usage data — aggregate, non-identifying analytics such as page views and general location, used only to understand how the site is used.

We do not collect special-category data through this website, and we do not ask for financial or identity-document information here.

Further detail on our data-handling arrangements is available to partners and evaluators on request.

6. Retention

We keep website enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email anton@wakelead.ai.

8. International transfers

We operate primarily from the UAE. Where information is processed in another country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
